Scope of work

What we do on every job.

Utility companies do not accept a pad that is close enough. Dimensions, conduit windows, grounding and clearances all have to match the utility standard exactly or the equipment does not get set. CA Rios Group builds transformer and switchgear pads to utility specification across DFW.

Why contractors call us

Tolerances, paperwork & schedule.

We have coordinated electrical infrastructure foundations at DFW International Airport, where conduit placement and anchor layout have to be exact and the utility inspection is not negotiable. The same discipline applies to a transformer pad on a commercial site.

  • We read the plans and the specs
